I have been a lifelong resident of the area, born and raised in Melbourne. I’m a graduate of Melbourne High and Rollins College with a BS degree in Business Administration. My insurance career began in 1988 as a producer and manager of my father’s agency, Eddie Watson Insurance. After working side by side with dad in all capacities of the industry, the Kim Osman Insurance Group was established in 2004. Just as I was taught, I have built my business on the principles of integrity as well as having true, genuine compassion for people. My personal and profession mission is to educate each client, making sure they understand their policy benefits and available options, equipping them to make the most informed decisions.
My husband, Pete, also works in the agency and is a wonderful operations support. We have been blessed with two wonderful children, Morgan and Cameron, and five precious grandchildren. In my time away from the office, I enjoy spending it with family and friends, boating on our beautiful space coast waters, running and playing tennis.
