I've been a customer of Kim's since she started her own business and a customer of the other insurance office she ran before doing her own. She has always been very helpful. I've dealt with a few people at her office, but haven't been good about remembering names. On my last call, Melanie helped me and she was great like everyone else I've ever dealt with. I had auto insurance with AARP Hartford and home owners with Tower Hill for many years. The premiums increased every year to the point I decided to check out other options. My daughter recommended Kim Osman and I called. They were able to get me the same or better coverage for over $1000 less per year. They also saved me $200/yr. on flood insurance. Needless to say, I was extremely surprised and very pleased. They were very professional, responsive and courteous. I highly recommend you check to see if they can save you a lot of money on insurance also. (BTW- I worked with Tammy and Jenifer and they were great.)

They are always on top of any requests we have made and pro-actively compare our policies to other options if there is an increase in cost at the annual renewal. Both Melanie and Kim have been very helpful in helping me find good insurance and also interceding on my behalf with the insurance carriers after my home flooded during Hurricane Rita.
